In 2008, Zabadani started as a small coffee shop in Riza St., Davao City. Later in 2009, Zabadani transferred to a bigger space in Ponciano street with a bigger space and with a more expanded menu which include rice meals, more desserts and drinks. in 2012, Zabadani raised it to another level and opened in The Peak, Gaisano Mall of Davao.

This year 2015, Zabadani is getting wider as it opened its first Cebu branch and their latest site in Circumferential Road, Davao City. Last September 5, 2015, the latter was officially opened for operations. It was launched by the dance and parade of the Madayaw Cultural Ensemble with Mr. George Misa of the Davao Horse Club, riding on a white horse to represent an Arabian tradition. The grand opening was graced by the Malaysian Consul General Abdullah Zawawi Tahir, Japanese Consul General Tomoko Dodo, Escider Inc. CEO Mims Ayunan and Mayor of Radjah Buayan Datu Zamzamin.
