COUNCILOR ACOSTA AT THE SANGGUNIANG PANGLUNGSOD’S MEDIA HOUR

First District Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta, Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science and Technology, Arts and Culture, along with Second District Councilor Samuel Bangoy, Chaiperson of the Committee on Health, gamely answered the questions from the members of the media last September 3, 2008, at the Councilor’s Lounge, for another round of the Sangguniang Panlungsod’s media hour.

The media hour is a weekly program of the City Council which is scheduled every Wednesday, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. This program was created in order to give the members of the media the opportunity to ask questions to our City Councilors, regarding matters concerning the City, its policies and other relevant issues in a proper venue.

The media hour ended with the members of the media not only full with information obtained from the two Councilors, but their stomachs were also full, that is, after having feasted the “binangkal” and the “puto” served to them courtesy of Mabel At Your Service.
