On November 25, 2008, Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta together with her Chief of Staff Yvette Tolentino-Sunga attended the forum on Elections and Automation in the Philippines, or dubbed as Elections 2010: THE HYPE ABOUT HIGH-TECH, at Legaspi Village, Makati City. The forum was headed by Gus Lagman and many supporters of the WeDeserveBetter Movement for good governance. It aims to determine whether or not an automated election would really solve the problem on fraud of the Philippine National and Local Elections. Like Mr. Lagman, the Councilor wanted also a just and fair elections. Hence, the Team Mabel extended thier warmest support in this movement by purchasing tshirts and other paraphernalias. Yes, We Deserve Better Elections!
