On November 18, 2008, Ms. Yvette Sunga, the Chief of Staff of the Office of Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta handed-in the reference books for the Grade 2 pupils of Section Mayon, Kapitan Tomas Monteverde Sr. Central Elementary School, represented by Mr. Edmund Mamawal- Homeroom PTA President.
