The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides a year of professional enrichment in theUnited States for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or private sector.
Dr. Amorado is the author of "Fixing Society: The Inside World of Fixers in the Philippines" published in 2007 by the Research and Publication Office of the Ateneo de Davao University. Dr. Amorado's book was awarded the 2008 Outstanding Book Award by the National Academy of Science and Technology.
