Like her previous birthdays, Davao City Councilor, Mabel Sunga Acosta opted to spend her birthday with her constituents. This time, she shares her special day with the children from Paginhawaan Drop-in Center, Lamdag Center, QRT and Alima Development Center.
Throughout these years, Councilor Mabel chose to celebrate her birthday this way. Spending her special day with our less fortunate brothers and sisters. On this occassion, she is sharing with these children not only food and gifts, but also time to talk with them and encouraging them to have a positive outlook in life.
