Team Acosta attended the celebration of the 153rd Birthday Anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal. A program was held today at 7am in Rizal Park. The program was led by City Administrator Atty. J. Melchor V. Quitain. Honorable members and employees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and City Hall were also in attendance. The guest speaker for the event was Ms. Gabriel P. Flores, Miss Philippines Job's Daughters International.
