 "Provides for Ad Interim Steps to Ensure Strict Compliance of Persons or Entities Handling and/or Engaged in Businesses Involving Flammable, Dangerous, Hazardous, and/or Toxic Chemicals or Substances"

 

Executive Order no. 32, series of 2014 provides for the ad interim or temporary steps to ensure that those (person and entities alike) handling and/or who engage in businesses involving flammable, dangerous, hazardous, and/or toxic chemicals or substances abide by safety precautions and procedures so as not to harm themselves and others. This order puts emphasis on proper transportation of flammable, hazardous chemicals/substances proliferation and use of illegally refilled canisters, cylinders and containers that containing butane and various kinds of LPG.
