On Thursday, July 24, Hon. Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta attended the midyear national convention of the Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers (PACSA) at Malagos Garden Resort, Calinan, Davao City. The theme for the event was, "Effective Transformational Leadership: Transforming People, Transforming Society."
