Executive Order No. 35
Series of 2014
The Creating of the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) Complaint Board

There shall be priority services for the needs of the underprivileged, sick, elderly, disabled, women and children according to Article XIII, Section II of the constitution. Furthermore, Article XV, Section IV of the constitution declares that it is the family's duty to take care of its elderly members while the state may provide them with social security. Hence, there is a need to create the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) Complaint Board to address all concerns pertaining to the violators and to provide additional services to our senior citizens.
