Executive Order no. 09 Series of 2015
"AN ORDER CREATING AND CONSTITUTING THE LOCAL ZONING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS (LZBAA) OF DAVAO CITY, DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, JURISDICTIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"
This Executive Order further
discusses the functions, responsibilities, jurisdictions and other
purposes of Local Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals (LZBAA). The
LZBAA, in pursuant to Article XIV, Sec. 10 of the City Ordinance No.
0546-13 Series of 2013 is a Sub-Committee which shall act on complaints
and oppositions for violations of any provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of Davao City for 2013-2022.
