As promised, Team Acosta did not leave Catigan Elementary School hanging.
During the weeklong Brigada Eskwela, Catigan Elementary School was one of our partners where we volunteered to clean and paint areas in the school.

As a result of this partnership, we have seen that there are facilities in the school that needs immediate response and assistance. That is why, Team Acosta went back to the school to fulfil our pledge.

June 4, 2015, Team Acosta visited the school again and finished painting the walls in the front area. The whole length of school walls were painted green which matched the color of the grass.

The school obviously needs more assistance in terms of classrooms and school facilities. School Principal Janeth Rubia Albino showed great enthusiasm in pushing for a more student friendly and conducive school.
As we depart from the place, we have seen the energy of the students as they attend their classes. And this, confirmed that our labor will not be in vain for we serve the Filipino children, our hope of today.
