On June 24, 2015 Team Acosta witnessed the celebration of the Women's Organization of Barangay Gen. Malvar Poblacion 7-A, on their Nutrition Day with the theme "TIMBANG IWASTO SA TAMANG NUTRISYON AT EHERSISYO".

During the said event was also a Food and Table presentation competition, wherein you can see how artistic the participants are from the different Puroks. It also showcased the healthy foods they prepared for the competition. Judging the activity is Ms. Eden Colina, the CAA Head of Team Acosta.

In line with their celebration Team Acosta served the signature delicious Moringa Tuna Lugaw. This is a good way to teach the kids what are the healthy foods they should eat.

Aside from signature delicious Moringa Tuna Lugaw, Team Acosta also conducted one of the Livelihood Skills Training program which is Embutido Making. This is another venue for the women's group to gain another idea for livelihood.

After of how many minutes of processing and mixing the ingredients, the Embutido is finally done and some of the members of the women's organization voluntarily wrapped and put the final ingredients of it. Afterwards a raffle was conducted to fairly distribute the embutido to the participants.

Congratulations to the Women's organization of Barangay Gen. Malvar Poblacion 7-A especially to those who spearheaded this activity. Great job everyone and have a healthy month of July.
