Team Acosta in partnership with Davao Group of Youth Community Organization (DGYCO) visited Wangan Elementary School in Calinan of this City last July 13, 2015. The teams went to Calinan to serve the healthy and delicious Moringa Lugaw to the school kids.
The school kids went rushing to the Lugaw station excited to get a taste of the hot porridge in the morning. The theme for the activity is "Juan Balik Eskwela: Kahalagahan ng Edukasyon Isulong" encouraging the kids to value education and make the most out of it.
DGYCO is an organization that caters people and groups who are rarely reached by various services.
