Brgy. 8-A celebrated their 25th Araw ng Barangay (Silver Anniversary) last August 5, 2015.The celebration was spearheaded by the barangay council in the leadership of Punong Barangay Ariel Lagmay with Kag. Danilo Apuya, Kag. Ruben Dongzal, Kag. James Abadillo, Kag. Adelaida Carupo and Kag. Josephine Medel.

In this joyous event, Team Acosta of course served the delicious and hot Moringa Tuna Lugaw to everyone present in the venue. Kids and grown ups enjoyed the hot Lugaw steaming their tummy.
