"Life still goes on"- this could be a motto of some of the inmates in Maa City Jail. They may be behind the bars and walls of the Davao City Jail yet they still seek to have a better and reformed lives while inside. Being in the prison cells doesn't mean that there will be no rooms for transformation and personal growth.

That is why, the boarders of the Davao City Jail-Annex in cooperation with the law enforcement personnels will celebrate the 21st National Correctional Consciousness Week (NACOCOW) 2015 from October 26-30, 2015 with the theme "Maayos na Pamamahala ng Bayan para sa Pagtaguyod at Pagtahak sa Tuwid na Daan". This weeklong celebration will include games and series of activities among inmates, their loved ones, friends, service providers and City Jail personnel.

In support, Team Acosta did not hesitate to take part in their activity through giving of mugs, medals, t-shirts, Moringa Tuna Lugaw and spaghetti packs.
