"AN ORDER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26, SERIES OF 2013 RECONSTITUTING THE COMPOSITION OF THE CENTRAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TEAM (CENTRAL PMT) AND THE DEPARTMENT PMT FOR THE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGENCY STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (AGENCY SPMS) AND PROVIDING FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON THE RESPECTIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES"
The City Government of Davao would like to give the best and quality services to its constituents. That is why, the City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte issued this executive order to reconstitute the composition of the Central Performance Management Team (Central PMT) and the Department PMT.
To ensure the clear guidelines and performance basis of the various government offices the Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2012 prescribes the Guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Agency Strategic Performance Management System (Agency SPMS). This is managed over-all by the Central PMT which the City Mayor or his authorized representative primarily leads.
Overall, this Executive Order aims to ensure that the government offices and staff accomplish outputs based on goals/objectives of the organization on the target time frame. Also, the performance of the employees be checked and monitored by the committees to secure proper services.
