AN ORDER AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34, SERIES OF 2011 FOR THE RECONSTITUTION OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP FOR UPDATING AND REVISION OF THE SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF DAVAO CITY FOR CY 2012-2021
In response to Republic Act 8435, the Department of Agriculture in coordination with the National Mapping and Resources Information Authority identified agricultural areas within the Network of Protected Areas for Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Development (NPAAAD) in order to ensure the efficient utilization of land for agriculture and agri-industrial development and promote sustainable growth.
In account to this, Technical Working Group (TWG) is reconstituted to revise and update the Davao City Agricultural and FisheryDevelopment Plan ( DCAFDP) in line to the priority programs under the 10-point agenda of the city government.
