AN ORDER CREATING A MULTI-AGENCY TASK FORCE TO PROPERLY REGULATE AND ENSURE SAFE PRACTICES OF PERSONS AND ENTITIES HANDLING AND/OR ENGAGED IN BUSINESS INVOLVING FLAMMABLE AND DANGEROUS CHEMICALS AND OTHER HAZARDOUS AND TOXIC SUBSTANCES
In response to the Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 particularly Section 16 states that the local government units shall maintain peace and order, and ensure and promote the health and safety, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants, creation of the Multi-Agency Task Force is initiated by the Davao City Executive Order No. 25.
The Multi-Agency Task Force will properly regulate and ensure safe practices of persons and entities handling and /or engage in business involving flammable and dangerous chemicals and other hazardous and toxic substances.
