The IMAG is primarily tasked to properly plan, coordinate, implement and monitor across agencies all government infrastructure development or projects in Davao City. According to Section 2 (Duties and Functions) of the EO, IMAG shall conduct consultations with private sector. IMAG shall also convene and address all concerns involving the Japan International Cooperation Agency partially funded project, the DAVAO CITY BYPASS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
All costs pertaining to the operation of IMAG shall be charged to the available DPWH and the City Government funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
