EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30 Series of 2017

AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF THE DAVAO CITY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL/TASK FORCE

   The City Ordinance No. 117-01, "Water Resource Management and Protection Code of Davao City", ensures the creation of the Davao City Water Resource Management Council which has the primary task on protecting the water resources of the city. Thus, the need  for the creation of an organization or body which shall ensure the performance and realization of the policy is sufficed by the release of the Davao City Executive Order No. 30.
