We salute our dear councilor Hon. Mabel Sunga-Acosta for her dedication to the cause of the children. We hope we can have her presence again on November 20, to celebrate the UN Convention on the Rights of a Child 20th Anniversary. We are celebrating this event in partnership with the Council for the Welfare of Children by way of having a foot parade at 3pm from People's Park to the main streets of the city and going back again to the park for the Hudyaka sa Kabataan program.
Together, let us forge our unity again for this event that serves as the pillar of protection for the children around the world.
