"AN ORDER CREATING A REVIEW COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND EVALUATE THE EXISTING STAFFING AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF DAVAO"
The Review Committee was created and tasked to review and evaluate the current organizational structure and staffing pattern of the City Government. They shall identify the necessary actions to ensure that the offices and agencies shall operate smoothly and expand parallel with the current programs and development plans for Davao City.
The Committee's functions include gathering of proposals from various departments, creation of offices for the inventory of major programs, activities, special bodies and linkages within the city government. Recommend necessary actions and determine the budgetary requirement of the improved organizational structure and staffing pattern upon its implementation.
It is the Mayor who shall chair the committee with the City Administrator as the Vice Chairperson.
