"CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF THE TRAFFIC IMPACT ASSESSMENT (TIA) ALSO KNOWN AS TIA COMMITTEE"

 

In line with the Comprehensive  Zoning Ordinance of Davao City for 2013-2022, this required all developers of residential subdivisions, commercial, institutional and industrial establishments to conduct and submit a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) study which will be reviewed by the inter-agency committee. The TIA will be chaired by the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO).
