SSEAYP Promotional poster
The Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) established since 1974 has gathered more than 1000 Philippine Youth Ambassadors of Goodwill bringing the banner of our country in spreading the message of love and peace in an extraordinary cruise around Southeast Asia and Japan.

All over the Philippines, 2 youth ambassadors were chosen to represent each region. For Region XI, a big hand clap and congratulations to Ms. Allen Faith Cape and Mr. Neal Keith Gonzales. After passing all the requirements and making it through the panel interview and evaluation, these two Participating Youth are about to step into a life changing experience. They will be joined with 26 young people from other regions as well as (1) one National Leader.

Neal Keith Gonzales, 24 (Panabo City, Davao del Norte)
Allen Faith Cape, 23 (Davao City)

SSEAYP is an annual program of National Youth Commission (NYC) in partnership with the Japanese Government. They will be cruising the seas of East and Southeast Asia for almost 100 days.

We are so happy for these two young leaders who made it to the cut. Raise the flag of Davao Region and bring the pride of the Philippines for the world to see.

Congratulations once again and Bon Voyage!
