AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE MEMBERSHIP OF COMMUNITY BASED MONITORING SYSTEM (CBMS) STEERING COMMITTEE AND DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS
Upon the issue of the Memorandum Circular No. 2015-79, encouraging the Local Government Units to adopt the Community Based Monitoring System and its latest component, CBMS- Accelerated Poverty Profiling. The system is a tool to improve governance and the effectivity of the program implementation of the government.
In response to that, Executive Order No. 33 is released to initiate the membership of Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Steering Committee. The said committee will be collaborating with the concerned agencies to accomplish the primary purposes of the CBMS which is to establish a monitoring tool for poverty diagnosis and Sustainable Development Goals monitoring.
