"Flavors and Spices of Mindanao"

The 7th Mindanao Culinary Festival opens today with the theme: "Flavors and Spices of Mindanao" and the 4th International Hotel, Restaurant and Home Expo at the NCCC Mall of Davao. The Expo also presents the Indigenous Food Pavilion which will showcase the specialty dishes of the different cultural communities in Mindanao, and the Mango Pavilion which will highlight the local mango specialty products. The event is sponsored by the Davao Tourism Association (DATA) and organized by KONKORDANS. The festival will run from October 5-7, 2007.
