Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta distributed forty five (45) units of ceiling fans last January 15, 2008 at the SP Conference Room to various 1st District Barangay Daycare Centers.This project is part of the Early Childhood Development Program of the City under the 2007 Annual Development Fund. The program aims to provide a healthy and comfortable environment for preschoolers in city-run daycare centers.
The said activity was attended by several barangay captains, barangay kagawads and daycare workers.
